  1. Well, I tried to get the track bar adjusted today, but I need a pickle fork. Anyone know what size fork I would need for this? Thanks! Matt
  2. Thanks! I'll remember that for future reference. Matt
  3. Well, after alot of cussing, and frustration, I FINALLY got the clutch master cylinder off! I think I may put some POR around the opening in the firewall just in case the new one leaks down the road. Matt
  4. no camera on the cell phone? Yeah, there is one, but I've never actully used it, lol. Plus I don't know how to load pictures from the phone to the computer. Not a huge deal, I'll get the camera back tonight.
  5. Yeah, I removed the washer tank too, gave me a little more room to work, but not much. Thats what I'm afraid will happen, something wil break or bend on me. Yeah, I'll definately need some help getting the new one on and bled (assuming I can get the POS old one off!). :headpop: Matt

  9. I think 16 or 18 guage for the floors will work. Not sure about the cab corners though. Matt

  13. Schweet! Just curious, do I need a pickle fork or anything special to seperate the parts or will they just come apart? Matt
  14. Oh, and yes, the pedal rod is disconnected, lol. Matt
  15. I can hit down on the MC and I can hit the front of it, thats it. I'm not sure I fully understand what you're saying about the 2x4. Are you saying to put the 2x4 under the MC and then hit the 2x4? If so, how would I get leverage on the 2x4? Pardon my ignorance! :shake: Matt
  16. I know this isn't a huge deal, but little stuff like this really bugs me! Matt
  17. Yeah, its got about 3 inches of lift. It looks like its got an adjustable track bar. Has a jam nut on the threaded end. Matt
  18. If it matters, its a 90 Comanche with a 99 HP D30 front axle. Matt
  19. Hey all, I just noticed that the front tires on my MJ didn't look quite right. I measured and sure enough, the drivers side tire sticks out about an inch and a half futher than the passenger side. Can I adjust my track bar to even them out or do I need to do something else? Thanks! Matt
  20. I STILL can't get the clutch master cylider off of the firewall! I just can't get it to break free. I'm afraid that if I keep trying, I'll end up pulling the stud through the firewall. I really need some help here guys, I"m out of ideas. :???:
  21. Dang, I was afraid of that. The only way I can really hit the master cylinder is down as there isn't alot of room around it. I don't want to bend the snot out of the lower stud. Matt
  22. Well, I sprayed the heck out of it with PB Blaster last night and just tried again to remove the clutch master cylinder. Still no luck. Is the bottom stud welded to the firewall or is it just another bolt like the top? Matt
  23. Yup, I'm positive that I got everything, just not sure why its stuck onto the firewall. Must just be corrosion. Hopefully the PB Blaster will knock it loose. Matt
  24. I just looked at it again and I can't tell where its getting hung up at. I sprayed it all again with some PB Blaster. Hopefully I can get it knocked loose. Matt
  25. I hit it with some PB Blaster. Guess we'll try it again tomorrow. Matt
