thanks everyone for there responses, house has shutters all around and we are ready to evacuate just in case, made shutters for the comanche too, I'm ready locked and loaded too, no looter is welcomed around here either, ill post pictures of shutters on the comanche, was able to put inside the garage so i hope everything is good for everyone around florida

to late for that everything is shutting down by 12 tomorrow

lol true I'm in a pretty tall and the lift and tires will help incase of floding, got the 4wd prepeared a week ago

hey guys, I'm in florida and the hurricane is going to hit soon, i don't have access to a garage so i can't cover my jeep anywhere, i was wondering if you guys have any tips on how could i protect my manche in any way, i was thinking on filling the back up with sand and maybe create some weight or something, its my first hurricane and its pretty strong, where i live its predicted to be hit with up to 110 mph, apart from locking it in 4low what else should i do?

thanks, it end up being the u joint and the u joint straps, got warranty for them even tho i didnt had the ticket, advance autoparts got me the hook up lol

Hey so I'm new to typing in the forum but I have been reading topics here for a while, I hope you guys can help, Ok so I was driving back home and heard a cracking noise every time I started driving from stop, it does it too when I engage reverse, it only does it when I realese the clutch and the power hits the rear before spinning, i have some axle wrap and I'm trying to fix that soon, I can hear the noise in the transfer but I can also hear it near the u joint, it's like if the noise moves up and down thro the driveshaft, it's a 89 Comanche with an 8.25 in the rear np231 and ax15 with a renix 4.0, it has also a soa on 35s,
