well, I'm breaking stuff on the truck trying to figure out what is wrong with it now. i cleaned all the connection boxes. i thought it was the headlight switch at first but i took it out and my instrument cluster lights are still on and they won't shut off no matter what unless i take out the fuse... any ideas?

my parking lights are dimming with my dimmers switch and my dash panel lights are staying on all the time and killing my battery i'm am at witts end. does anyone have any idea what i should look at first. :( :( :fs1:

he has a salvage licence not a dealers licence.

I'm in fort pierce.. and I'm ordering a new valve cover today or tomorrow hopefully that will solve it. someone rear ended my truck at a resturant and ran.. so unless i can find a rear left taillight and possibly a new bed this truck is over with. :(

anyone elses oil fill cap on the valve cover leak? i just bought a new one and it fite exactly like the original. i just put a washer behind the gasket and said f it. still leaks.. :doh: and i just bought and returned some rear lift blocks, i have a dana 35 and the perches for the leafs are on the other side of the axle which is inconveint for putting lift blocks on. i could lower it but don't want to. I'm probably gonna go with the shackle replacment lift for the rear. and does anyone know where i can find front coil spacers? locally

Checking the fuses was the first thing i did. I'm out of ideas.

i have an 88 ford taurus and none of the windows go down nor up. i took off the door panel and tried to push the bars but nothing. its power windows, i can still hear the motor turning any ideas? i also tried to take the motor off and take a peek at it but its a pain.

I saw that vaccum line. It opens and closes a door. Only opens when i turn the A/c on. Ventalation is fine, i blows out the same amount of air through all the vents. only thing i don't get is that The IN and OUT lines are boath around 140-180 degrees. I don't see any coolant in my cab or anything leaking anywhere. OhH and, Theres a small brittle I'm guessing vaccum line coming out of my A/C txv and my heater txv. and their both not connected to anything. so i think its meant to be connected. there both the same color etc.. Can someone look at their jeep and tell me. :hmm:

Ok the heater Coil in my comanche is getting hot (it must be because the line going in and out are 140 deg.) I was thinking a door isnt opening or something. But i can hear a clicking or a slamming noise when i switch to heat my blower is fine.. this is getting on my nerves now. anyone have this problem and know how to fix it?

another thing is i just did some bondo work on my tailgate and i have some ust bubbles around my hood.. and i was wondering what i can do for that.. i sprayed some rust converter but I'm sure theres some rust still living in there i was scared to just bondo over it because i had a friend that did that and it just bubbled through his new paint job i googles it and found some acrylic paint for like 50. bt i want to speant a little more then that. ill stop into my local paint shop and see what they say. and ill call around.
