  5. Wasps man, those fuggers. Last year was really nice around the house in the summer, we had so much rain during the early part of the summer it kept the wasps at bay. Then the weather turns cold and you don't have to worry about em, or so I thought. Come the first part of october I am walking along at the junkyard when I feel a sudden sharp painful needle sensation, I'm thinking I just cut myself on a piece of a wrecked car. Nope, fuggin wasp got me on the arm. I get through the whole summer without getting stung, and then one of them buggars gets me in october. if you hate wasps you'll love this guy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AafmbxkNNu8 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nG1RrzH7-cY

Comanche club everyone. Start: Chicken egg End: Raccoon egg Next: Platypus egg?
  7. Backspacing on them suck though. You would need spacers and/or WJ lowers so they wouldn't rub. I'm getting rid of the set I have on the Mazda B truck. I think I would of had to buy it back for the price though. Lots a parts. :brows:  Or instant flatbed........

No. Though Arucanas do lay blue-green eggs.
  9. On a diesel(any diesel) with this type of symptom I would start looking at the fuel filter(at least as a good place to start).
  10. Man, you crack me up.
  11. Rest of the wheels will too.

    egg hunt:

ok so one of the chickens, the first one to start laying, had decided to no longer lay in the nesting box, and found some random place in the yard to hide eggs. Well I had been pulling my hair out trying to find it, turns out it was in a fairly simply place, behind a radiator in the corner of the yard she found a secluded spot. Managed to catch her yesterday just after she was done laying and made her egg song(gave me an audible indication of her location and was able to find her and the eggs from there). Found a dozen eggs including the one she just laid. Separated the one she just laid from the rest, most are probably still good, but the rest are questionable since they have been outside for up to 2 weeks. So then I come home today after a rather frustrating morning and discover that Zeus grabbed a few eggs from kitchen, found one on his dog bed and another on the couch. They say golden retrievers have gentle mouths, its true, washed off the slobbery eggs and put them back in the bowl.
  13. I think these pictures speak for themselves:
  14. :ack: I like the 2 doors. To each their own. The 4 door is eminently more practical to me, and personally I like things that don't compromise aesthetics for practicality.
  15. I love those things in a 4 door. do yourself a favor, get rid of those crappy tires, seriously they are a safety hazard.
  16. And if you look at my list you'll see I said a narrowed JK d44. Plus, I said it first.
  17. JK dana 44 is a much better unit than the TJ d44. bull. it's wider, with no change in axle tube diameter. geometrically, it's weaker because there is more leverage against the differential housing. trussed (properly), yes it's stronger than a stock tj44 up front. stock...nope, not a chance. :shake: JeepcoMJ: Wider = weaker.
  18. JK dana 44 is a much better unit than the TJ d44.
  19. Currently in Waterloo on the last day of travel. Presented to john deere today on the SVO emissions and conversion. Toured the engine works (mostly producing 9L engines), the tractor assembly plant, and the R&D lab seeing all sorts of neato new things. Learned a ton from the engine works tour, seeing all sorts of different things for reducing NOx and figured a couple of things out as well. Had dinner with some JD folks and had a very interesting discussion with one of the guys about disabling of the EGR system. Unfortunately, right off the bat they took my camera, was not allowed to take photos anywhere(particularly at the R&D labs and the engine works). So out of 8 hours of tours I have one photo with the group in front of a deere statue. Oh, and I did see one black CRD in the parking lot in the visitors section.
  20. He is a little over two years old, and 75 pounds of puppy.
  21. Nice dog Sam. Thanks, he is always ready to go, especially when his best friend is there with him:
  22. More crap keeps piling up on it in the garage. Graduation is soon, so I expect to have free time then(but no money), at least untill I get a job and have money(but no free time).
  23. gave a buddy a ride down to creede co to pick this up today: (mine is on the right/upper photo w/ dog) (and for the record, mine is faster, someone needs to clean their MAP) $9800, CRD limited with nearly all the goodies, came with a 2.5" lift :ack: , magna flow exhaust :ack: , and new BFG mud terrians :ack: Gonna ditch those nasty tires and wheels and get some silverstars with some good tires. On the way down from fort collins, to boulder, to fairplay and then finally to creede CO netted me 26.01MPG, the return trip doesn't look as good but it will be around 24MPG. Going to compare and see what my buddy got on the return trip and see how we did for mileage.
