any one know how much lift a set of 4wd mj springs will give to an xj? seems like since they are spring under and have more of an arch if you put them on a cherokee with spring over they would be good lift springs. Plus the mj shackles are longer too. anyone tried this?

my 99 xj does it every once in a while when its cold and i'm taking off from my drive way. it studders for a second then i stomp on it. the studdering stops and the rear locker kicks in and it wakes up the neighbors.

good luck with the engine swap. Just remember that engine has been sitting for a while so drain and refill the oil before you go to crank it. that is a nice looking truck you have there...I love the tool box!!! I'm going to have to find one of those! LOL. for those of you who think i'm trashing his box...i'm not. Its mine now!
