  1. Yeah, right between Calgary and Edmonton, west of Red Deer about 15 minutes.
  2. Thanks, but I might be able to source some locally here. If not, I'll send you a request. :) Thanks all for the help. Darcy
  3. :D I took a pair of pliers, cranked the whole tumbler, and it turned the lock for me. Only problem is whoever was messing with the tumbler last night can now do the same. Oh well, I got in and got rid of everything to take...hopefully they don't take the Comanche itself. That'd be a good $36 down the drain.
  4. Full back window. Thanks, I'll try the tumbler trick next. :)
  5. Okay, that doesn't seem to be working. The tumbler on the driver's side door is loose, and will slide out, but not all the way, as it is connected on the inside to something I can't see. I tried the passenger side, but I'm not having any luck. Where exactly is this cable, where does it go, and which way do I turn the hanger to grab it? Thanks.
  6. Nope...you shouldn't. :D Thanks, I'll give it a shot. :)
  7. Oh yeah....Happy New Year!
  8. I bought a very cheap 88 Comanche over Christmas, and the driver's door lock has been a little sticky. The passenger lock I was told will not work with the key. Anyway, trying to open it last night, I heard the distinctive rattle of something fall from the driver's lock inside the door. :headpop: So..is there an easy way to open this locked passenger door from the outside without calling a locksmith, seeing as there are so many handy people here? Thanks, Darcy
  9. Hi all, this is my first post here. I just bought myself an 88 Comanche for very few $$$, and as I was contemplating builds, I thought it might be cool to make a trailer for it out of another Comanche's bed. Has anyone done this, and actually have pictures of this? Thanks.
