  1. Thanks guys.. What trails you speakin of..?
  2. Sounds identical to the problems I've been having.. The radiator is after market.. Did all the replacement work. Flush, pump, tstat, water wetter.. Still gets hot..
  3. That's the reason.. Pig gets hot, not at low speed though. its weird, soon as get up around 25, or start to climb a hill the temp shoots up, and quick.. Figured replacing the 30x11 rad with a 30x19 and relocating it would take care of the issue... I just can't get the cooling under control.. Was kinda my last ditch effort..
  4. Thinking about relocating the radiator, oil cooler, trans cooler and steering cooler to the bed... Any suggestions.. Radiator-- Lines--
  5. Keeps getting over looked...
  6. Spent the day at walker valley.. What a muddy mess.. Had to break out the heated pressure washer.. 150 degree water at 4000psi.. Mud didn't have a chance...
  7. thanks a lot.. Thanks to those guys rod and custom, they did the majority. Now I'm just making it my own, small tweaks here and there..
  8. Mountin a remote fuel filler.. Tired of crawling in the bed to fuel up...
  9. Pics don't do it any justice... Sometimes I just stand in the doorway to my garage and stare at it.... The GF thinks I'm a weirdo.. She just doesn't understand the relationship between a man and his jeep..
  10. Thanks.. Not a flat bill fan...?
  11. Thanks! The build was worth every penny... My rig was fun when it was just a lift and stock axles.... But there was so many obstacles I wasn't able to takle with said equipment.. Yes I could get all redneck and hurl my truck at rocks hoping for the best, but that usual ends up with the rocks winning.. And multiple trips to pull a part to replace axles and other parts, I had this rig built to be virtually bomb proof.. but now I really can't fathom anything or anyplace I wheel, where I won't beable to leave the winch unplugged.. It's a great feeling to watch 10 of your buddies struggle up a trail and then just pick the worst line possible trying to get stuck, and walk right up, with every bodies jaw in the dirt, plus knowing if I roll again I'm completely safe.. And thanks for the compliments, I'm very proud of this little pick up...
  12. Thanks! Pretty happy with how it turned out..
  13. Pat did a great job on your cage.. Kind of a partial hybrid cage.. I like it, you were right though, very similar, our 2 rigs....we' ll have to meet up and do a run...
  14. Thanks!! I've had a lot if fun with this truck, I've slowed down, but have a few more plans for the near future..
  15. 10/20/12 most recent trip to walker valley...Finally got back out this weekend, hadn't been since the meet and greet..
  16. Few pics from the pnwjeep meet and greet in naches wa, didn't make i to the rocks but the trail runs we're great!
  17. Got a winch m8000, getting the hang if this fab work stuff..This should do the trick
  18. Think that's about it for the center console, just have to wire the shifters and mount CB tomorrow...
  19. Had to throw in an arm rest, and also extended the passenger side for an oh $#!& handle.. Just alittle more sanding and it's ready for some paint.. Prepped and ready for shifters and paint
  20. More cOnsile work.. Almost done... added some side skirts to clean it up a bit.
  21. Test fitting the shifters... Brought the 4wd shifter in towards the center 3.5" And up 4" to keep it in and level with the console. Also made a surround/trough, to clean up the penetration for the 4wd shifter...
