Slugish/cutting out first 5-10 min. of running in morning

I have noticed that the last two mornings when I go to work my 87 4cyl. 5 speed manche is a little slugish but only between low rpm and up to speed rpm. Has anyone experienced these symptoms. It has been pretty humid the last few mornings and I was thinking it could just be a little moisture somewhere , but if someone has experienced these problems maybe someone could give me a starting point. Thanks

Pop your distributor cap off and check for moisture in it and see if it's cracked anywhere.
