Spring Plates

are cherokee and comanche spring plates the same? I've got a 91 LWB 4WD. I broke a stud on one and the other side is bent(thanks to PO for putting wrong shocks on :mad: ). There are no 'manches in the boneyard here but two pretty good cherokees. :Canadaflag:

XJ's don't have the stud for the shocks as the shock mounts are directly on the axle.

 

The MJ's have the studs as the shocks mount to the spring plates.

 

So to answer your question, no they are different.

i bought CJ spring plates to replace mine, they have the shock studs attached
