odd junkyard speakers

found an older Porsche Cheyenne twin turbo at the self serve yard the other day.  poor thing used to be a real nice ride.   but anyway, I grabbed the speakers out of it and though I'd share.  on the right are the primary door speakers with the inverted magnet design for minimal depth applications, and the other is the "sub" woofer from the back of the SUV.  reeeeeally stretching accuracy to use the word "sub" though.  the magnet is large, the cone is... not.   

 

not sure what I'm going to do with them yet, but they were odd enough I had to grab them.    (plus it was half-off day.  plus the pancake speakers were "part of" the 97 XJ doors I bought so they were free.   the same doors that somehow had the door panels off the 95 XJ that was next to it )

 

side note, BMWs seem to come with tiny speakers all around and are not worth pulling the door panel to check.
