geep89
I have a 89 4.0 4x4 Comanche swb with a aw4 and 8.25 rear, I'm swapping in an AX-15 and I'm collecting the parts I need. I'm somewhat confident that I have everything correct aside from the rear driveshaft. This truck is my daily and I can't just throw the transmission in and measure (my plan is to swap everything over a 3 day weekend). I've seen a couple posts on here relating to this topic. Specifically someone mentioning 43", is this correct? I'm going to order a custom driveshaft from Tom Wood's Custom Driveshafts. Thanks.
89 MJ
Check out this thread. You'd be looking at one for an AX-15, NP231J, Dana44 rear combo.
