72cut
So, attached is a photo of the passenger side of my comanche. I'm trying to figure out exactly what i need to remove to get radiator out. If you look at photo you see a torx head bolt, there are a few of these that run along the front. Do they need to be removed, or just the standard nuts that run along top? Also, two of those nuts are attached to rubber braces that run between top plate and radiator, I assume to,keep radiator from shaking, correct? Those nuts are freely spinning because they are broken and need to be cut off. I assume I have to,replace these braces, what are they called? AZJeff
There is an “L” shaped bracket that attaches the top part of the radiator core support to the front grille surround. That is what those Torx head screws do, and they need to come out. there will be six 10mm bolts (3 each side) that attach the top cross bar of the core support to the top of the inner fender (2 face up, one faces rearward). The two nuts you see that are spinning actually attach the AC condenser to the cross bar. I think they are called condenser mounts or the like. “EagleScout526” can tell what the formal name of this part is, and can tell you where to get them.
