2 door power windows / locks .

I only get my driver side window to come up and down, my right front window and the locks don’t work.

 

I know there was a thread regarding this but I can’t seem to find it. Do you have to move the metal tab that connects the window switches to make everything work properly. It might’ve been Jeremy (Minuit) that explained it all, but again I can’t find the thread . Thanks for all your help.
