marie
Hi everyone, Moderators, if any of this is in error, or I put it in the wrong place, let me know. So I thought I would never part with my Comanche, until I received a phone call that has changing things drastically. After being in my house for 14 years, my landlord called, said she was getting divorced and needs to live in my house. Crap, with rents the way they are here, options are small. At the new place I can only have one car. So I'm selling my truck. I only have a couple of pics at the moment, it is at a shop, not at my house. I will post more later. It has a new engine with only 15K on it. I have rebuilt most of the front end, while I was chasing a death wobble. Death wobble is fixed now. It has almost new tires too. The body is in good shape, not much rust at all and only one crunch on the passenger side tail light, which was pulled out, tail light fixed, but not filled and painted. I had taken it off the road to put a new slave cylinder for the clutch in, it's the internal kind. Took the driveline off, then hurt my back. driveline is currently in the front seat. Was waiting form my son to help me drop the tranny to replace the slave cylinder, I don't have a lift so, at 110lbs I have a hard time doing it solo. The military took my son away for a few years, so it's been sitting. Now the rear break drums have rusted, so it will need new drums and breaks. I really don't know how much to ask for it, it is a good running truck and the new engine alone is probably worth $800. If you check out my posts, you know I have taken good care of her. So let's start at $2,000, no deliveries must pick up, and I don't have the time to part it out. I added a bunch of pics, as you can see there isn't much rust, even on the underside, the unibody is in great shape, and the interior is intact, all the glass is good. It would be easy to make this super spiffy, and again the new, from Napa, engine only has 15K on it!
