got my new phone :)

not that it was my choice in the first place (stupid AT+T!!), but I sacrificed super tough (and cheap to replace), for a completely modern software in an even tinier package.  the phone model is only a few months old.  as you can see, it is small.    as in 3 3/4" tall with the case on it.  talk to text and google assistant have made the tiny keyboard more or less irrelevant.  I don't watch vids on my phone, like ever, so that's irrelevant.  although it will easily play them if I'm super bored somewhere.  but other than that it's uber modern and the battery will last for days.  and, if I ever need the big screen for something, I can slap the SIM into my S7 Active in under a minute. 

 

am I happy that ATT forced me to give up my old Rugby Pro?  nope.  still hate them for it.  but this new li'l guy makes me smile, so I'll get by.
