schardein Posted June 3, 2021 Share Posted June 3, 2021 This is a OEM, factory Jeep 2.5 4 cylinder engine aluminum valve cover from a Jeep YJ, part number 53020536. Included is the valve cover, oil fill cap, brass PCV fitting, crankcase ventilation elbow fitting, new elbow fitting grommet, accelerator cable bracket & retaining clip, valve cover vent tubes & baffles, and mounting bolts. All parts have been cleaned. Some notes- -The brass PVC fitting was completely clogged with dirt and carbon. It has been thoroughly cleaned, polished, and is ready to go. It threads into the driver side of the valve cover. -The vent tubes and baffles bolt inside the valve cover with the small bolts included. From the factory, there were gaskets between the valve cover and baffle, and between the baffle and vent tube. These gaskets are no longer available. You could cut some out from bulk gasket material, or install the vents & baffles with no gaskets, or use some sealant during assembly. -The original mounting bolts have been cleaned and are ready for install. -No valve cover gasket is included. This valve cover was assembled with sealant (no gasket) from the factory. Replacement gaskets are available, but not included. -Over 6 hours of work have went into cleaning the parts. None of the parts were bead blasted or sand blasted, which can leave debris on the parts that can find its way into your engine. $150 shipped.
