wiring possible ground issue

Guys my speedo and gas gauge not working.  Car set for about a year. Checked the fuse and its good and freshened up the ground on the block. Still a no go. Can’t seem to find the info on 1-5. If you have any ideas please or could direct me to the info that would help. Thanks

The instrument cluster grounds on a sheet metal screw in the metal dash frame near where it bolts in to the kick panel area.  What model year Comanche do you have?
