Comes with these ballasts: https://www.theretrofitsource.com/amp-xb35-BL-XB35AMP?quantity=1 And this relay harness: https://www.theretrofitsource.com/motocontrol-bi-xenon-h4-9003-B-H60?quantity=1 This harness plugs directly into your old sealed beam headlight connector and provides power for the ballasts. You would just need a pair of bulbs and a good headlight housing. If anyone has seen my MJ, this is what I run on it. Top shelf components.
