JeepComanche1988
Does anyone know how big the rear drum brake wheel cylinder links are? I made the rookie mistake of tossing them with the wheel cylinder thinking that new ones would come with it. Also does anyone have a picture for reference. It's an 88 with 4x4. JeepComanche1988
I pulled some from an 89 Cherokee but when I put the brakes back together something isn't allowing it to sit correctly.
Dzimm
Do you know what axle is in your MJ and what XJ axle you pulled the parts from? The most common axle is a D35 and in that year range they should be the same in regards to the drum brake parts. If by chance one of them has a D44 or something then they may not use the same parts. Also double check that all you brake parts and cables are seated correctly. Reference pictures online to double check everything is correct. JeepComanche1988
I have a Dana 35 and I'm not sure about the axle I pulled them from. Thanks for the advice.
