those of you who don't know tellico, it's without a doubt the best spot in the Southeast, and probly in all the east. GREAT trail system.

THE BEST in the east for sure. This is serious business and we will most likely loose Tellico for ever. If you wheel, HELP. Do something, anything you can do or afford.

 

I went up for the August emergency work day and got the opportunilty to talk to some of the guys at Southern Four Wheel Drive Assoc. that have been working at Tellico as volunteers for 25 years. They have put in tens of thousands of $$$ and man hours over the years. Now they may have to sue the Forest Service to try and protect their investment. Helping SFWDA is the best thing we can do for Tellico.

I've wheeled tellico twice this year.

 

honestly, it's my new favorite place.

 

I sent money, but someone should see if SFWDA can put some donation boxes up right next to the self pay area. You'd get a lot more donations if it was right there. Hell, I'd have dropped a 20 in the box on the spot, both times I've gone.

 

It truly is important to our hobby, especially with the recent loss of Paragon.
