Washer pump

Need help diagnosing the windhisled washer pump on my 90 Comanche, here's what I have.

 

Symptom: pump not running when windshield wash switch activated. Wipers does not cycle with wash switch unless pump is disconnected.

 

Wiring/Connectors:
Washer switch to connector on wiper module: .5v with pump connected and 11v w/o pump
Washer pump wire on Connector B of wiper module: Same numbers and above
Connector at pump: Same as above

 

Pump:

30 ohms resistance and runs fine when removed from circuit

Ground wire on pump measures 1ohm of resistance
