Cammed 4.0

Does anyone here have a cam in a stock 4.0? Looking to do a stock rebuild with my renix block, 7120 or 0630 head, 99 intake, newer style exhaust header and down pipe, 60mm tb, and 746 injectors. Figure when I do the rebuild it would be the time to throw a cam in there. It’ll be street driven. Occasional light towing, and just a fun street truck. What do ya’ll have?
