Fabric is in pretty good condition, looks like it has a little overspray on the very front edge, but could be cleaned off probably and when sitting in the truck, can't be seen. The board could use some stiffening or creative velcro. I was going to use it in my truck, but found one in really good condition at a junkyard. Local pick up or you pay shipping.
