A.C. issue

The other day, I was at stop light and my a.c. stopped blowing cold out of nowhere. It won't blow at all on max setting, but will blow vent air on normal and vent. I'm thinking its an electrical issue, but don't know where to start. Any opinions?

Is the compressor engaging? If not it may be a leak or low on coolant. Check your spyglass to see if its running clear and if not then you should start there.
