Jkics Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 my black vinyl flooring including the insulation under it is all shot beyond repair from the seat forward. What has others done to replace and look nice. Son in law wants to spray line it then come back weathertech type floor mats. Of course he is a body shop guy. Does not sound like a too bad idea though. Any thoughts or theories.??

Pete M Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 I would go with POR-15 over the rusty areas before the bedliner. and I would rip up the upper frame bits too. they have proven to be unnecessary and just trap rust inside.
