new to site

hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me out. I'm new to the site and would like to know where I go to post something.

I had a real great guy help me out to get signed up and his friend as well and wanted to thank them.

I would also like to know where to go to post about items I'm looking for. just like to also add this is great to have a site
