T.raymo
New to the forum. My 2nd vehicle was a 88' swb 2.5 4 speed 2wd sportruck. Loved that thing had a bad night wheeling and wrecked it. Young and dumb. Been lookin for one for a few years now and just purchased another 88' 4.0 5speed 4wd swb. Got a few questions... The truck has been repainted so there's no striping or graphics how do you find out what trim package you got? I'm planning on a lift and running 33"s. The truck has 3.08 would goin to 4.56s be too big a jump? I have an 8.8 that a friend had in his xj would that be a better axle over a D35 with a super 35 kit? Many more questions but I'll limit them for this post. I'll post some pic of it when I figure out how. Thanks for any replies.

It should be able to tell you what package you had. I believe 4.56 would be a big jump for 33's. I might go with 4.10s.. 8.8 rear axles are better than the D35.
