Minuit Posted November 28, 2015 Share Posted November 28, 2015 I'm going to replace my heater core in a couple of weeks, and I'd like to re-seal the HVAC box when I have it apart. I know there are kits to do this on the 97+ systems, but does anyone know of a similar kit for the older ones? The foam seals on my HVAC system (especially the one the heater core and A/C expansion valve go through) are crumbling and contributing to some leakage.
