96 XJ Country Donor in SE PA $1200

I've got a decent 1996 XJ Country for sale.  It runs, shifts, and drives well.  4x4 and trans work fine.  Interior is really nice with leather seats and power everything, including cruise.  It has the full overhead console with temp and compass.

 

Problem is, it's a complete rust bucket.  The floors are gone and the framerail is swiss cheese.  

 

Its a 4.0 auto with a 231 and would be an absolute perfect donar for an MJ swap.  Has a front HP 30 and a rear 29 spline 8.25.

 

I'ts located in Glenmoore, PA.  $1,200 firm (listed on CL for $1,650).
