Ax15 Swap - Where to mount Master Cyl???

I'm trying to finish up the Ax15 swap today

and the master cylinder mounting bracket does

not fit on the firewall. Ill have to drill

through the fuse box to mount it. What am i

missing???

it sounds like you have a newer master get one from a 1995. the flange is smaller.

iv done auto to manual swap in a cherokee 95 donor and 90 truck I'm at the point to where I need to mount the clutch master in my 4wd swap manche (1998 donor) as well I have exactly what your describing.  I looked at my Cherokee and the master is smaller.
