ComancheFan1991
Does anybody know why the put the C101 connector on Renix engines? I don't get why they put a connector that would usually only be used once, instead of making them just straight wires from the factory. I could see how it would make the removal of an engine easier, as you wouldn't have to remove a whole lot of connectors to get the engine out. But I don't think engine removal would be common when they were under warranty, and it has only proven to be a headache later on, when moisture and dirt get into the connector. ComancheFan1991
I'm guessing by being able to wire the engine outside of the vehicle, and just plug it into the body harness.
