Joshsimon
Hey I have had a couple jeeps in the past this is my first Comanche and I'm pumped but I got to fix a couple things to get her on the road. I got a 90 Comanche 4.0 and it doesn't have a horn if I could get a pic to see where it should be and wire connection see if I can find it so I can use steering wheel button also the temp sensor off the t-stat housing has nothing connected to it if any one has a pic of where that connection is it would help or where its suppose to come from
mikekaz1
Horn in behind the bumper in front of the wheel well on either side behind a rubber flap. Temp sensor should be somewhere by the fuel rail
Eagle
The 90 4.0L didn't have a temperature sensor in the thermostat housing, the one for the gauges is in the left rear corner of the head and the one for the ECU is on the lower left side of the block. It shoulds like someone just used a 91+ thermostat housing on an older vehicle.
