Screw size for lower rear trim panel?

Can anyone tell me the correct screw size for the lower rear trim panel?  This is the one below the rear window that is screwed into the floor.  The jack stands up against this panel.  I managed to put my screws in a very safe place, now I don't remember the proper size.

Any help on this?  I just don't want to bugger up the threads with the wrong size screw.  Saw one in a Vegas salvage yard last weekend - P.O. used very large self tapping screws.  Not what I want to do.  Much rather use the right screw/bolt.

 

Any help appreciated.
