Kyamcalvert Posted January 14, 2015 Share Posted January 14, 2015 Hey guys, I scored my first MJ this past weekend and as usual, it has vacuum problems. It's an '86 with a 2.8. The vacuum ball has been relocated to the passenger side fender under the hood and I have verified that the hose leading through the firewall is good. The heater control valve has been removed and I can't locate the vacuum line that came off of it to make sure it's plugged. I pulled the controls out today and it's a mess back there. The kid that I got it from "fixed" some hoses and I am almost certain he has aborted the whole setup. I really can't tell what is supposed to go to what at all.
