Krome_Dome
Alright guys, so I've already gone and replaced the clutch and have everything bolted back up. However, i can not depress my clutch now. I need to bleed the clutch correct? Also, I disconnected the battery and reconnected it after. The battery is reading 12.87v but I have no current going to anything. I've checked my fuses, and made sure there weren't any loose or disconnected grounding cables. Any ideas? sloride
We need more info concerning your truck. Do you have the internal or external slave cylinder and that will depend on the type of transmission you have. Mine had the ba10 with the internal slave, swapped out to the ax15 with external slave. sloride
To bleed the ax15 slave cylinder was just a matter of leaving the lid off the master cylinder and give the slave cylinder several pumps with the thumb prior to installing it. That's the way I did it, but I'm sure you can bolt it in and crawl out from under the truck to pump the peddle..
mikejenn2
Mine I just opened the slave bleeder and let it flow till I saw no air. I didn't have to pump it. Make sure to keep the mc full.
