86 Comanche Won't Start

Help!! Someone hit the front of my son's 86 Comanche in a parking lot. Now, the dash lights come on when the key is in and on, but it won't turn over, not to mention no sounds from the fuel pump solonoids or starter relay. Is there a fuse I should check out or could the slow speed impact have caused thre solonoids and relay to fail or be shortedf?

 

Any ideas?
