Bumper Welding

I found somebody that wants to weld me a pre runner bumper but I need all the measurements and channeling that I want and I'm pretty losses when it comes to this stuff but I would like it to look like this http://www.jcroffroad.com/product/XJ-F-WN-PRE.html

When you say "prerunner bumper," I think light, tube and sheet metal.

i am currently building front and rear diy jcr bumpers and couldn't be happier makes it easy and not much more than i spent when i built mine for my other jeep. i will 100% buy them again
