Comanche County
Yup! Its a good jeep, solid, only rust I found was a little bit under the rear hatch weatherstripping. I've put about 1-1.5K miles on it. If it was a turd I'd tell you. Its been my dd for a couple of weeks now. Still gotta do the leaking rear main seal but that's about it. May also throw some MJ shackles on the rear. It handles great on the road, not a powerhouse but a good driver and mild wheeler. The disco d30 still works good. Comanche County
Had to get some shackles on it, so I shortened some off the shelf cheby drop shackles and added 1.5" to the rear, sits nice. Also had to trim the rear bumber bracket bolts which were limiting the shackle travel, should flex better now...The rear wheels look off center in the pic but they're not. benjy_26
Very nice! I dig that you got it into tgat kind of shape with minimal outlay. You make me want to get another XJ to do a cheap build on,
Comanche County
Thanks, I've got a 93', 5speed 4x4 XJ that's next. Got it in an auction, wrecked in the front, just needs a header panel.
