desertmike
I installed a 4.5 inch Rough Country long arm kit on the MJ. The rear sags alittle to much to my liking. The rear leafs are stock with an XJ add a leaf and some extended shackles. Still not enough. I have an extra set of rear leafs. I need about 1.5-2 inches of lift. If I use the top leaf from the extra set and cut off the eyes, take out the add a leaf, would that be enough? Would it ride to rough. I know MJ leafs are hard to find for lifts, mainly good ones that ride good. This is not a DD but I don't want to get beat up either. I like to drink my coffee over the woops lol.. Or some other ideas.
dave92cherokee
Hell creek sells new 4.5" rear leafs that will keep it spring under. From what I've read on here they're pretty good like the other springs they sell. Planning on getting a set for my mj soon.
benjy_26
I wonder how a MJ woukd perform with an ultra flat leaf set up that's SOA? Anyway, I've heard good things about HC, but to be honest, when I bite thr bullet and do my rear, I'll probably call Alcan. Military wrap AND orbital joints insted of bushings are the sex!
