I know, I know...I don't like it either, but the time has come to ask about a noise that has been occuring for some time now...

Most of the time, when i come to a halt, that is, cruising at 40 and slowly come to a stop, after I accelerate from the stop, no odd noise is heard...just thesound of a smooth 'manche pulling gears.

SOME TIMES however the following happens....I'll be cruising at 55 plus, and have to come to more abrupt halt....likse pressing with medium force on the pedal. Once in a while when this happens, I will put the turck in gear and this 'dut dut dut dut' then 'nothing' sound will be heard. It's as if the calipers are sticking to the rotors under these circumstances...

It's annoying...but if it's just my brakes, I can live with it...if it's my fron drive shaft....not so cool

PLEASE TRY TO HELp :)

Thank you.

Move around your driveshaft see if anything comes loose ....it can also be your joints in the front end I also replaced those before make a similar noise

Thanks guys.

I grabbed the drivshaft/u-joint and tried to move it, but it's pretty darn solid.

Could this be front axles some how? How could i check if so?

Kkilmer87--'My joints in the front end'--is there a good way to check this out?

Thanks!
