Spring Sound When Clutch Is Pressed

i noticed this yesterday, i press in the clutch, weather it's movin or not i hear this spring sound and when the engine revs high i hear it even louder, any ideas what it could be, it's comin from the drivers side of my comanche, can't tell if it's the clutch plate, throw out bearin, or something else,
