dlee Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Ok, so when I was taking the heater housing out of the '91 XJ I wasn't very gentle with it and broke it in several places. I still have the one from the '87 MJ, but other than the housing nothing seems to match up. Could I just use the Mj housing and fill it with the appropriate pieces from the XJ? Also, Anyone have a breakdown of all the interior and exterior lines, resistors, and relays going to and attached to the HVAC system? The Haynes manual I have is pretty vague except for basic diagrams.
64 Cheyenne Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 91 XJ housing is HO 87 MJ housing is Renix....probably two different animals. Use one to fix the other, maybe, can't say it will or won't, never tried.
