Possibly out of gas with a non-working fuel gauge. lol. He was asking $1500, I commented that as part of a consensus between the group that the truck was worth $5-800. He said he wouldnt do that. History of the truck- PO was a retired conductor for the railroad that had over 200 vehicles on his property and never did anything with them.
