4Wd Conversion

i have a 88 jeep comanche 2.5 four speed 2wd i want to convert to 4wd i also have a 86 jeep xj with the 2.8 gm 5 speed trans and NV 242 select-trac transfer case do i have everything i need to do the swap to 4wd  i will definitly need to shorten the rear drive shaft

Whats your front axle? Be sure the gearing ratio is the same.

dana 30 yes gearing is the same

I think you should be good, you might have to change the clutch lines out. 

 

Other people will be able to tell you for sure on here.

sweet it looks like most of the mounting points and bolt holes are already there so I'm hoping it will be a pretty simple straight forward swap.
