Rear fender trim

I want to cut the rear fender to the top of the black fender part of the bed. How do you do this since there is the inner fender part do I have to cut that out as well or what if some one has pics that would help. :oops:

I chopped mine and removed half of the inner fender well and made up braces from 1/2" X 1/16th steel strapping. EASY!!
