insaneclowns04
so i need a new tank for my 86 comanche 2.5L FI 5speed. there are to different tanks that are the same. the only differents are that one has a pan in the the bottom and the other one don't. the price for the one with the pan is a $100 more then the one with out. so my question is do i need the pan in the bottom or not??? thanks
1eliminator1
I just replaced the tank in my 4.0 mj. The tray just helps provide fuel at all times. I wouldn't think it was $100 more though

dave92cherokee
The pan is needed for FI engines, if it's carb'd then you don't need the pan as the fuel sender is different.
