JeepcoMJ
have one all cleaned up, ready to go. I don't have the bolts for it (they are longer), but they are the same as a 4.0l valve cover. uploading pics now. I took apart the PCV's, cleaned and blasted the inside. there are a couple of chips in the paint but it looks good. if you want to paint it, you can, but don't need to. order up a gasket for a 91+ 4 cyl, and call it a day. this one is off of a 96 xj, so it has the newer PCV's anyways. The hose that is on it is not the right one. I don't have the one from a 2.5, but I do have one from a 4.0 that I will include, rather than the one pictured. That part of the PCV goes to the airbox, the little brass fitting is the one that goes to the intake manifold. pm me if interested.
madmax
Hi, thanks for the pics. It looks like the bolt pattern may be different from what I need, but I will check. It is different from my stock plastic cover, but I may be able to use it if the bolt pattern is the same. Do you know whether your cover will fit an 89 model 2.5? I'm not sure how important the connections/pcv fittings are. Also, the oil fill is definitely in a different position from mine, but that may not matter. Will try to get back with you after I check the bolt pattern. What is the price? Thanks again!
