Exhaust connector/ hanger and a very hot center console?

Hey fellas have a few questions and wonder if anyone has come across this before? My exhaust has been rattling and I noticed that a bracket above the crossmember that has four bolts and also doubles as a hanger is rusted to hell. I couldn't find it online or at autozone. Also I believe that leak is getting into the cabin threw the trans opening.I can smell gear lube exhaust and sometimes see a little smoke when it's really hot. I'm gonna do a valve cover gasket this week. I noticed my ba 10 inner shifter boot has a tear also. Lastly the cabin gets real warm and the center console is too hot to touch. Very hot. Any ideas on the culprit?

Usually with that connector, you have to buy a catalytic converter and a down pipe to get a new bracket.. I would take it to an exhaust shop and ask if they could weld you in a new bracket, but most likely that bracket is connected to the catalytic converter and the downpipe.
