crud, no start,acc on all the time.

My 88 4.0 does nothing when i turn the key, nothing at all. I imagine its either the solenoid or the relay. I can crawl under and start it with a screwdriver on the starter, but i don't plan to do that every day. Also when i turn my truck off, my clock and radio lights all stay on. I have to disconnect my battery to keep it alive. Any ideas?
