Rear height sensing valve thing

Today I lost the little rod that connects the height sensing valve to the rear axle. I already have all the stuff to make a new one, but I need to know what angle the little arm needs to be at. I'm going to make the new rod adjustable.

Start with the lever parallel with the axle tube, then work from there.
